Are these 2 bundles the same?

Yep, they are the same, the GOTY version contains all DLC.

There are just two DLC worth mentioning:
The Bright Lord
Lord of the Hunt

Both are separate from the main game, you start them from the menu, not within the game. Both were fun (The Bright Lord was quite a challenge some times though, almost bordering on frustrating), but the main game is much better.

i think they both contain the same DLCs, however i strongly urge BS purch instead for peace of mind..

Yeah,it's the same stuff you'd get from the GOTY edition :)

EDIT : IF you'll buy it from bundlestars ... it's the same price on steam right now.. if you're gonna buy it from hrk at this point buy it on kinguin or g2a... those sites are a bit more reliable then hrk.. just to make a comparason.
