I bought the retail and there's no Steam CD-KEY inside! WTF! I would need to come back to the store just to get the CD-Key. the CD-Key came late to the store apparently...

I had the opposite issue. Bought a NA key on GMG, a week later after submitting a support ticket they finally got around to giving NA keys to those who got EU. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that online is broken anyways. Transmissions errors, barely finding anybody, if ever. They said on FB they're working on fixing the online, and since it's their first naruto game on PC it's taking more time than usual.

Nothing except, online is restricted to your region, so if you were like me, and were wrongfully sent a EU key. It would show on my online profile, that I'm EU, and would only match with other EU so games would be laggy, even though I am actually NA. That issue was with GMG, and they sorted it out. Online however, as a whole, is broken atm. Very hard/ impossible to find people to play online even though thousands are trying.
