Private giveaways have exactly the same restrictions on "no giving away beta keys" as normal ones.
And it's more an acknowledgement that you were smart enough not to just make a Guns of Icarus giveaway and assume it's okay. Jade's been swinging the banhammer a lot since that started.

So it went down because all the keys were taken and I have 10 right now, I know I took more than I should have but I didn't abuse the system as much as these guys who took hundreds and hundreds of keys.
