So,uhm,Total war:Rome 2 Emperor edition "free" for anyone else?

Yeah so,it's greenlit lel via Enhc.steam;and also greenbannered on both client and chrome,firefox etc.Is it something promotional(prolly),'cuz I can't really see any countdown,nor it appears on specials and sales.

So anyone got an actual clue?There's nothing in the news section of the game either.
