Tthe promotion of (Club Nintendo) [http://club2.nintendo.com/smash-promo/] is a way to get the new DLC of Mewtwo for free. When you register both codes of SSB for Wii U and 3Ds on Club Nintendo Website, once the DLC realeases on March you will get the code for both consoles 3Ds and WIIU.. Also you were able to get the official soundtrack of the game on CD but the offer ended.

This probably will be the last promo of Club Nintendo because its going to close soon,
Anyways if any of you have a code for the 3Ds I'm looking for it, when the DLC come out you will get the dlc for your 3ds and ill take the one for the Wii U..
