More spoilers? :P
Or maybe some more gibs? Who knows, who knows... :)
Again, no promises :)

Ha, you forgot about telogreika (great thing if you have to do some work outside and it's freezing cold). Not as fancy as goretex Alpine edition TM (R), but cheap and does it's job well :)
Not that many users know that RU/CIS countries make 15-20% of all users. And thanks to the alphabet they are easy to spot. Assuming that rulebreakers percentage is the same as in rest of the world, they are still most noticeable single group. Perhaps if more of good users fron the region gathered to raise awareness that not all are bad, it could go a long way.

Aww yeah, telogreika! Unfortunately mine was ripped by Mishutka, he tried it on and ripped it :c That's the origin of his drinking problems actually.
Fun fact: Tetris was originall designed and programmed by Russian developer - Alexey Pajitnov.
That's what I am trying to do, because it is really sad to see so many people from my region breaking the rules. We need more good RU+CIS members being active on the forums.

Believe me, if Mishutka wants - Mishutka takes. Have you ever tried wrestling with a full-grown bear? It's not fun, I assure you.
Don't get me wrong here, I am not trying to judge people by their nationalities, or, God forbid, starting a holy war. I completely agree with "most ppl don't care where others are from as long as they behave" :)

There sure are! I peeped at some of their SG and Steam profiles :) Peeping is not stalking I say!

I feel bad for some people in odd ball regions , it is now a lot harder for them to trade and buy games , some have over priced games and some are under priced and the whole thing makes it hard on traders.

The spoiler tag doesn't work on my phone. It keeps everything hidden. :(

I thought about that kind of a problem and deliberately didn't use spoilers on train links :)

It does automatically convert currencies according to their exchange rate when you send money, right?

Okey-dokey, thanks for the response, Sloth!
I still can't think of any other variants of buying games from US Steam Store.

My bump of Solidarnost'! =)
It's pretty bothersome to buy region-free games for the GAs, since I don't have friends in US or EU =( Good thing that places like Humble Store exist, but they don't have everything I would like to gift, and they rarely have offers similar to the Steam sales =<

Exactly! But sometimes even HB bundles can give you a region-locked key if you click Redeem Steam Key button. That happened to Capcom and Codemasters bundles. People say that sending the gift link works fine, so I'll be using this option in the future.

Oh hey! I didn't see you there! Hello, SteamGifts folks, I am deadxobbit! Yeah, pronounced like hobbit, exactly.
Okay, enough with greetings. Everyone knows about Steam's Exploration Sale which is on right now. It got pretty good deals. Got myself Fallout Franchise except Fallout 4 because I want to finish previous installments first. And yes, I am poor. Plus I recently won my first wishlisted game (Transistor from keohookalani) which made me very happy :) This great win and various sales made me want to share some of my favorite games like Ori and the Blind Forest and Shovel Knight with you guys and gals. But wait! What is that sound? I hear my медведь growling from the cabin of my old Катюша. He asks for another bottle of водка to drink away his pain after losing his favorite ушанка and breaking his балалайка in the latest кулачный бой.
Yeah, you guessed it right, I am from Russia. Region which has pretty bad reputation here on SG because of big amount of rule-breakers and generally being assholes towards another SG members (like ruining MellyMelly's event by leaking a link). But not all users from RU+CIS region are like that, I can see Gequila and Ikkebott being active on the forums pretty often :) Plus, our region prices make some great games end up on the Bundled Games list. Looking at you, The Talos Principle. Maybe all these can explain that creating a small bundled game giveaway with no region-lock somehow gives me more joy than giving away a region-locked AAA title. And creating global giveaways gives them a wider audience I guess. Unfortunately I can't giveaway global non-bundled or AAA titles very often because of shitty US Dollar - Russian Ruble exchange rates cuz I am no Richie Rich, but I try to buy some keys during sales if I can afford it.
Aaaaand that brings up a question!
You can buy games from web-stores using USD, but that won't work with Steam Store purchases, because of separate stores and currencies. Using VPN to purchase gifts from different region store can get you banned. So basically you need a friend who is willing to buy a gift copy of the game using his Steam account and send it to you as a gift which you can keep in your account as a global gift copy. I guess that using PayPal for sending money to that friend is the most preferable choice here, right?
Sooooo, thanks for putting up with my little rant and I am very sorry for no Ori and the Blind Forest or Shovel Knight giveaways (yet?), but If everything goes okay I will try to make some good non-bundled giveaways in time for Christmas or New Years Eve. No promises though.
I have 3 bundled trains for you:
@ = Q
& = T
Please notify others in the reserved comment if you take the key! Don't be ungrateful!
All giveaways are Level 2+ and end on November 30, 2015, 19:00 PM (GMT).
Good luck and peace out!
