I know that this is the forum and not the support but i need help

Gusy yesterday i created a giveaway of a valley without wind 1 and 2, but now steamgifts is saying that i created 2 of them, so i sent first gift, but i can't send it to the other guy. What can i do? i wrote to support yet, but noone is answering! (sorry for bad english) what can i do?

You buy another copy or you do nothing and the winner will mark your ga as not received after 7 days.

Except it looks really like the site made the same giveaway in double, and sometimes support will delete it if it happens.

I think he should wait for support to answer. It can take several days.

Sometimes they will, especially when it seems to be a bug. I wouldn't want to spread false information, it will have to wait for support to deal with it.

Support will delete because this is a bug with the site. If you accidentally click create a giveaway more than once before the giveaway page loads, it will create multiple giveaways.

This happens very very often.

SGv2 fixes this by not allowing you to make multiple giveaways for the same game within 10 seconds or so.

Be careful when you click things, sometimes if you click submit or whatever multiple times, it will submit it multiple times. Contact support, they will more than likely help you out ^^
