You unlock the specified achievements for Steam games and you get money

Since this is one of the endless GMG Playfire thread, I suggest a sticky FAQ thread about this...

I'll tell you, why don't you like most of other people use google and then you type playfire, check it, then you type greenmangaming, register and check it, use your brain and logic and register to playfire and read faq, if you don't know what faq means, type "faq definition" in google...anyway google is your best friend, also explore things, open gmg and see what is it, I mean people told you it is online store for games and you say that you need more info, if you need more info go and see yourself.

games that are on sale on greenmangaming will then have achievements on playfire.
basically, don't get achievements in your games, then when they go on sale/the list for playfire, get the achievement and earn money
