HELP! Question about LVing up

So, I been here (SG) for like weeks, and gave a few games out already. But what troubles me is that I don't know what's the fastest/best way to LV up.
So guys, what's the fastest / best way to LV up? using coupons to buy games? other cheap deals from other website? or else? pls tell me what u guys think (sry, no GA this time)

Giving away games is the only way to get to higher levels. How to do that entirely depends on you; if you have extra cash go buy 100 unbundled games and get levels quickly. If not buy during sales, use coupons, trade.
Do whatever you can afford.

But SG will consider discounts as part of the contribute LV system, so steam sale is not a good solution.

what? so discount games will be considered as normal price in SG? like steam discount make a game $5 and old price is $20, SG will still count that game as $20?

Of course it will count the regular price. Permanent drops in price affect CV, not sales.
