Purchasing this Be Mine?
You know, I still have a few coins to spend. Might as well use them. Be Mine bundles often have something decent.

Given that you can't use coins on preorders (meaning you won't have to gamble on such), that seems a wiser course.
Given that Groupees hasn't had a single widely appreciable bundle since March 2016 (other than the Be Mine 25 in the May just following), it has become quite a significant risk to gamble on their preorders. :X
The Be Mines that followed 25 are no exception to Groupees' decline, with the bundles largely being considered to compare poorly to the normal Groupees bundles that were released prior to the quality drop, nevermind to previous Be Mines.

In any case, it's definitely a safer option to take the usual approach to bundles (only preorder if you're sure of some of the early reveals) than relying on the Be Mine name still offering any indication of the quality of contents.

How do Groupees "coins" work? Can I use them to purchase this bundle?
According to my account, I have 2 1$ "Prost!" coins from BM28 and a $10.04 (!) Soft Taco Coin from BM25.

Some special bundles have been more expensive, those are usually not game bundles.
You can try to sell the coin in order to get more value out of it. Haven't sold any myself so I don't know how likely it is to get a decent deal.

Thanks for the info, Sir. I guess I'll see how much the BM30 preorder is, extrapolate how much the post-preorder cost might be, and probably just use my coin to buy it even if I don't get full value. Selling the coin sounds like more trouble than it's worth. :P

Since you already got your questions answered, I just want to add that the Be Mine pre-orders are usually $2! However you cannot use those on pre-orders. And after it goes live it will be $3.75-4 or around that.

Wow, BM 29 sold less than a tenth of what BM 11 sold, that's brutal.

I'd say lost trust is to blame, but that's really only just the explanation for the past year, especially given that preorders weren't available on Groupees for the earlier bundles. Rather, I think consumers on the whole have just become more bundle-saavy and less-inclined toward junky bundle purchases [which may be why Groupees has started catering so heavily to the +1 crowd.. it's far easier on them than trying to compete enough to maintain a good reputation with slowly released, carefully selected bundles].
Essentially, that may mean that Groupees, aware of their declining numbers, decided to change their strategy- and because of that decision, ended up losing what support they still had among their user base. Frankly, I'm starting to get concerned over Groupees being able to stick around for much longer- when a service gives the impression it no longer really cares about what it does, then that impression is generally based within some degree of truth. After all, it's not just hard for consumers to be motivated by low-quality bundles, but presumably it's not especially motivating for the bundlers [other than Miller, apparently] either.
And, of course, if Steam Direct actually does end up working out to improve Steam's quality, Groupees will rapidly run out of unbundled filler games to post up, so by that point they'll presumably either have to adapt back to a more respectable approach, or finally fully give up.
Damn... They have indeed fallen deep over the years, eh? :/

Well it's been close to 3 months since BMA4.. they better have a halfway decent Be Mine by now. I seriously doubt they're going to keep pumping out quality BMs though. They've been struggling too much for that to happen. I'll most likely end up preordering this for the VN, but still glad I didn't sub.

Community guesses are almost never inaccurate (or rather, inaccurate ones are usually quickly disproven), but they're never confirmed unless staff actually says as much. Sometimes staff'll confirm things a bit closer toward the bundle's launch time, if you want to risk delaying your purchase. Otherwise, it's generally fairly safe to bet off the guesses.
