In most cases, these are the keys from the developer that give the full game to the curator, the chance that the key will be returned, I think 1/1000

Although you will get a full game, it doesnt hurt to ask the giveaway creator about this though, especially if they are not the developer of the said game. These kinds of keys are usually not revoked, but developer can always revoke them whenever they want, for any reason.
