when you write a month followed by a ' and two numbers that means a year, not a day of the month. so for example a Jan '02 would mean January 2002

Don't have to have seen/played them, they just kind of confirm you're on the right path when you google something related to them.
Or at least that's how I find the stuff anyway. Having seen/played them might just trigger the thoughts you look for sooner.
