No. Google says it's related to a keye.pl, a key site like g2play (and those other cdkeystore sites) that tells you to download VPN software to activate games. Any site that has any game, even 1, that it says "must use VPN to activate" is not legit and in violation of the Steam TOS. Avoid all of those unauthorized resellers.

They're saying it's stupid to have done so if you didn't think the site was 'legit', and posting a referral link can get you banned here. You need to remove it from your post before that happens.

i have bought plenty of times from sites like these.Once steam revoked my key but they gave me another from the site i bought it.So decide yourself
