Eh, most people blacklist for dumb shit, you just have to learn to ignore it.
I use ESGST's option to hide the blacklist graph stat simply because every time the number goes up it increases my anxiety even though I know it doesn't matter.

Just remind yourself that as long as you know you haven't broken any rules, and you're being yourself, that haters can go f*ck themselves.

You used word "blacklist" instead of "blocklist". And since it's politically incorrect - prepare for some silent blacklists from poor hurt snowflakes... Also talking about blacklist in general will grant you some new blacklists xD And using word snowflake in any context...

Someone on this site was harassing me one time, so I added them to my blacklist. After that, he went to the forums and told everyone I blacklisted him for no reason at all, and he got me a lot of blacklists as revenge. Just so you know, it can be much worse.

I don't personally care too much when people blacklist me. It's just, I'm baffled at the logic sometimes..

I'll tell you how I think I got mine;
I know of people who've said it in the discussions before that if a user makes a lot of giveaways for games they'd never enter, they blacklist the person instead of hiding the games because it's "quicker".
Ofc the people who do this missed out on the time where I gave away Greedfall (or whatever it was I gave away, I forget).

That and also I got at least 20 blacklists when I was the first person to add to the LGBT Month Giveaway train. And honestly, fuck them LMAO.

Blacklists Matter

I also worried when I discovered my first blacklist, as I had absolutely no idea why it happened. Then I read on these threads that it is extremely common; so many people have different views (without entering in any dangerous topic: I have seen people blacklist for entering their giveaways and not saying anything. And the contrary too: people blacklisting for saying something unless you already won the giveaway, as it spams their mail). Which means, you can be blacklisted for doing something - and for doing the exact opposite. So you are going to get blacklisted.

Once that is accepted, you only need to bring peace of mind about it - that the blacklisting wasn't for any serious motive nor for ill will towards you. And for that, just apply Hanlon's Razor principle, shrug it with indifference and go on with your life.

Don't worry. We all get them. Mystery of life - sometimes even, a little intriguing.

Anything could get You blacklisted, even "not existing"

You can also get blacklisted just cause you made thread about blacklist... yeah, I blacklisted some people, cause they were doing drama from something such stupid as blacklist on steamgifts. My next train will be probably bumped just by questions "Why am I blacklisted?" from people who never played single win, regifted stuff claimed by x bots or kept harrasing with my friends. It is crazy how many of such people is on that site.

Eh it can be annoying but some just never remove their blacklist sadly. I still have 31 blacklists even though 3 years have passed. Got like 40 blacklists because a friend told me to post something which was against the rules (I was still new then, so didn't know any better)
