Can't create a giveaway?

I want to create a giveaway for a game (Bad Rats), but it says I have a giveaway open? I think it might be a glitch. I asked in support but haven't received any help. Please help.

Probably has something to do with all the deleted giveaways you have.

I dont think thats the problem. When I try to create a give away. it says I have one open.

Those deleted giveaways are the problem.

You start with 3 giveaway slots, and earn one for every three completed giveaways, as well as getting back a used slot once a giveaway is completed. You have given three games, so 3 slots + 1 slot for 4 slots.

However, each deleted giveaway is left unable to be completed and uses slots. You have 4 deleted giveaways.

4 - 4 = 0 slots for you to use.

The only way to get more slots is to wait for support to allow you some more.
