Question about gifting

Hi!
I created this giveaway 2 days ago - http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/V9DRl/breath-of-death-vii
I gifted the winner the item. In the message I told him to please check that he has received the gift.
A day later, I checked, he did not check it. I looked in his inventory/game list and it looks as if he has given the game away.
I tried adding him as a friend on steam to ask him to check the box for me, but he will not answer.
What do I do?

Wait until 7 days after the giveaway ended, double-check to make sure it still hasn't appeared on his account, and file a support ticket.
