From what I understand, you kind of have to just bend over and take in the ass. Then again, maybe the appointment of five new Support staff will change that.

Hey,
im pretty new an steamgifts, so i only found 2 people who used it also. And one of the people -reped me, even he was the "bad guy". He wanted the store price for a game, even many people sell it for less. When i asked him, if he can lower the price he got very agressive and blocked/deleted me. When i readd him with a other account, the same happened again. I already wrote the support, but i got sill no answer. DO i have a change, that the feedback get deleted?
