GamersGate, GreenMan Gaming, Humble Store, GamesPlanet, IndieGala store, Bundle Stars store, GOG, GamesRepublic, Funstock Digital, FireFlower.
All have the advantage of getting the keys from the publishers*, not selling stuff that "fell off the back of a truck", like the key sites you mentioned. (Additional bonus is them being registered in countries where customer support and protection is not based on the whim of the site's personnel but dictated by law.)
*For the most time. GamersGate, GMG, and I think Funstock had issues where they got keys for a few games from another party, not from the publishers.

I think CDKeys is legit. They are mentioned by IGN several times.

G2A is on a lot of gamers shirts doesn't mean its legit :P but who cares the keys work and never get revoked if dev's want full prices for their games they shouldn't asking 60$ for a game that isn't worth that much

No publisher, not even an indie publisher has ever made a contact or a contract with them. Nobody managed to find out how can they get Xbox Live codes cheaper than the best deal on them anywhere.
CDkeys is on par with G2A, only unlike G2A, which is just pointing at its sellers when the shit hits the fan, CDkeys opted to go the "we don't officially exist" route to avoid prosecution.
Don't believe me? Try to find out what is the actual name of the company that runs the site or where their office is located. Or heck, the real name of a single person who works there. Even their web site is registered through an anonymous domain dealer to make sure nobody can trace them.

Ah, they finally put this sentence in their ToS: "The brand name “cdkeys.com” is wholly owned by “Omnyex E Commerce DMCC”, it will hereafter be referred to as “cdkeys.com”." At least the parent company can be traced then.
Somebody must have bought them then, maybe? That site had no company info there for quite a long time, nor any form of contact besides the support window, which never displayed an email address, only a form to send a message to them.
Since this Omnyex was funded after CDKeys started business, this is most likely the case.
(By the way, gotta love the "our management team has 30 years of combined experience" bit. =D)

Amazon, and other physical retailers that don't specialize in high-street game sales or who consider games just an afterthought tend to offer better prices on newly released games than the digital stores, as long as the shipping is not too bad.

I've been using cdkeys.com and G2A, but I was wondering if there was cheaper ways to get the last AAA titles.
What do you guys use?
