My steam account got hacked and steam wont respond to my Support i sent. i cant even go online :( help?

It is known that in Multiplayer games with valuable items (Diablo II), there's a scam method where the scammer sweet-talks somebody into handing him their items/account so he can "duplicate" his inventory; when in reality he'll just scam him.

It's a poor joke if you take into account the situation.
