Questionnaire with GAs reward

I promised my GF to help her get some respondents for her thesis questionnaire. It is about sustainable clothing, but it doesn't matter if you don't have an opinion about it nor buy it. It's about making the choice more transparent for customers.

It takes 5-10 minutes to complete (we've tested), that is why I chose some higher-end GAs to appreciate your time - see below

But please only participate, if you plan on reading the background, description and answer honestly.
