i think in order to get trade banned you would need to make a chargeback and revoke a traded item (keys, gift, market items, etc.).
i'm not sure valve would ban people for scamming with keys or anything outside their trade system.
anyway, you won't get trade banned because the other guy scams you with a chargeback, he would get banned. but since you will trade outside steam, most probably nothing will happen

lol no. I'm asking what could be a reason of getting trade ban because I don't want any kind of ban anymore

What is the reason when someone gets permanent trade ban ? So one guy is offering me csgo keys for game, he will go first that's not a problem, but he has few negative reputations here. I already have VAC ban caused by family sharing and I can't bear another ban caused by something like that lol. Is there a chance I can get some kind of ban if he somehow gets his items given in trade back, report me and do stuff like that ?
