I was never able to play League when drunk, I would not be able to concentrate. I really don't play any games at all, when drunk... Never really in a gaming environment when I drink. lol

I think Starcraft is probably the game I've played the most while drunk. Or maybe just while drunkest. Or both.
Mostly, local co-op/versus 2v2 matches in my friend's old apartment with his five computers (fifth was so his GF could browse tumblr or whatever while we played).
Actually... Super Meat Boy... was pretty drunk for that. And Super Metroid... that one I grabbed a basic power-up and had to go lie down for the rest of the game while others played.

(The worst though (computer capability-wise) was when I thought I was making completely awesome changes to my personal web site and then woke up the next day to everything on it being completely broken.)

I don't drink, but when my friends drink, I'll break out this. With all these great tracks.

Smash Bros Brawl. Last time we played, I was the only one drunk, and I still kicked everyone's ass.

TF2, NHL games, Super Smash Bros, and Counter strike are all pretty good drunk.

Battlefield 2. Ever heard of drunk driving being dangerous? Well, image drunk flying. I usually have a hard time even taking off.

Also, kinda psychic games are fun too. By that I mean, the effect where they try to simulate you have visions or something. Which doesn't really get you into it when being sober. Makes you really wonder the next day what really happened in the game or that it was something you thought about yourself. :P

i've played a small segment of Gears 2 multiplayer(which was hilariously hard), and once at a party, i tried Gta 4's drunk sequence trashed.. Lets just say it wasn't pretty
