How do winners get message when they win?

Same as it says "One of your giveaways have ended" thing, but that you won instead. on the frontpage

The giver gets a "click to show the winner's email and social security number" button and then they send it to that email.

On the first page of the forum there is another topic that answers to a similar question. Also, there is search function for this forum.
