Self Learning Material for TOEFL iBT

The story is, my brother must score 100/120 for the test to eligible for scholarship program.
He scored 93/120 (just a little more!), his weakness is in speaking test

I want to ask about material for studying online, paid course is fine ^^
He's considering taking offline course, but it costly, about $900 here for 72 hours...
