Random friend req..

So whats up with me getting random friend requests from people and when I add them it says they havent been on since like 192 days ago?
Cause if they havent how did they send me a friend req?

They're bots, just block them. At least that's what i do.

Probably fishing bots. I have blocked so many bots on steam. XD Just don't click any links and you will be fine.

No links were sent. The user was "Cheat_omn" I think.Just added them, saw they were offline, removed them.

Links aren't always getting sent automatically. Sometimes, you have to send a message to them first.

Online was just when somebody set themselves to online status though. I have sent friend requests because of trading with me being offline officially for a month or so. :)

Personally I'm always offline. It just automatically changes to "online" when I use the app to put things on the market or whatever.
