Who has the most positive reps on SteamGifts?

I was just checking out the list of trade topics and i noticed someone with 1530 positive reps and 0 negative reps: http://www.steamgifts.com/user/Naporsocapo68/feedback
That was a surprise finding for me as i never saw anyone above 1000 +reps before. But now i'm curious to know who actually holds the most positive reps on SteamGifts? This could be fun and i think the top 10 record holders deserve some praise or some award from the admin, like a special emoticon next to their username :D

I know of a couple of users who have over 1k +rep like KillingArts or PaganPoetry04, but I think Naporsocapo68 is the highest I've seen so far.
