Off topic about Steam Redownloading Game

I'm downloading Homefront : The Revolution, I've downloaded 29.0gb of it, i paused and then i played cs:go and after that i resumed and it starts downloading the whole game again from 0%, anyone know how to fix it? I've googled it but cant find any fix.

this happends when they release a new update for the game you're downloading no matter how small the update is, when they release it all the current downloads restart from the 0 :/ hope valve fix this as soon as possible cause i've got tired of redownloading many games with my shitty internet connection "max down speed = 220kbs "
