Lara Croft is assumed to be a steam key, and South Park is confirmed a steam key. If you want Watch Dogs for free, you'll have to go to the store and add it separately to your cart.

These are all guesses, don't take my word for it

Inquisition, Fifa, and Sims are for Origin

Borderlands is the Telltale client (Maybe steam, unlikely imo.)

Far Cry, Assassin's Creeds are Uplay

All others are Steam.

As for the free games, I believe only South Park is Steam.
