There is no other way, a support member is the only one who can return your giveaway slots. As for the wait, there is currently only a small number of people able to help with tickets, and close to 100000 tickets.

Unfortunately, there is no way to regain your slots other than through the support ticket you filed. Please be patient. There are a lot of tickets brought over from SGv1 and only a couple of support members are active right now to take care of them. Hopefully more are added soon.

Stop messing up the time. You are even give a chance to read over the entire giveaway while creating it and before posting it live.
You will have to wait until you can have a mod help you and even then it will be hard to convince them you need to have more added.
Hope you do better in the future, it isn't that hard.

So about 4 or 5 days ago I made my first giveaway but for some reason i keep on messing the duration for my giveaway.. I keep on making mistake for 3 time in a row so i delete all my give away. But when I tried making my 4th give away this message pops up:
"You've reached the giveaway limit based on your feedback, or you have too many deleted giveaways. To increase this limit, click here to create a support ticket."
I have sent a tiket but why is it soo long to get a replay? is there any other way to fix this?
