Majesty 2 controls

I'm sure theres other forums I should be asking this on but they all seem to be quite dead and everyone here is usually quite helpful plus there has been quite a few Majesty 2 giveaways recently so I'm sure someone might be able to help.

My problem is Majesty 2 uses the middle mouse button to rotate the camera but the middle mouse button on my cheap crappy mouse does nothing but change the scroll speed. Is there any other buttons that rotate the camera? (I tried the obvious ones) or is there any way to change the controls? I couldnt find any way of doing it in the options
