It's your choice, but if you choose to reroll - make sure that he hasn't seen the key -_-

I recommend to do a reroll request ticket.

  • This is faster as to wait.
  • If the winner have a lot of such comments in his profile it sounds as he use a autojoiner to enter GAs, which is off course forbidden and shouldn't be rewarded with more wins.

It's your choice. Some quotes from the FAQ and Guidelines.

Users that are suspended during the selection process are unable to win, and their entries will be excluded when the winner is generated.

If you are selected as the winner of a giveaway and then your account is suspended, the giveaway creator has the option to request a new winner.

As noted, you always have the option to do a Request New Winner if your winner is presently suspended OR if they've been suspended within the past month.
(Other notable reasons you're always allowed to a Request New Winner/Deletion for: Winner owns more of a package than you've stated is okay. Winner was ejected from a required group (whitelist doesn't count for this) prior to giveaway ending. Winner no longer meets level entry requirements at any time following a giveaway ending. You and the winner both agree to a reroll or deletion.)

There's no technical downside to waiting, either (other than having to be patient and having to keep seeing the annoying reminder icon), if you'd prefer that approach- though generally GA creators will assume the worst and consider the suspension a sign that they can probably get a more appreciative and appreciable winner if they simply put in a reroll (which may not be enough to sway a GA creator in itself, but when you factor in how fast reroll requests are processed, waiting does seem like a lot of delay and hassle for likely a poor return).

One thing to highlight is, for someone to get that long of a suspension means they did something HORRIBLY wrong. Intuitively, there's only three typical ways to get a multi-week suspension: First, break a lot of rules over time and only get caught on them all at once much later (meaning the 2~5 day individual suspensions for various infractions are added up). Second, break a lot of rules all at once. Third, you've got a habit of breaking the same rule (at which point staff will eventually start applying the suspension multiple times over- eg, if you get an Inappropriate Behavior suspension immediately after having just gotten back from one, staff might choose to double the new suspension duration by applying the supension twice over).

TL;DR version, you should absolutely put in a Request New Winner ticket in this circumstance.
