The starting intention is always to keep it brief, but it looks like I just can't, lol.
Anyway, two more chapters (+epilogue) then I'm done with the story. I just need a better idea for the last puzzle of ch.6...
Btw the ending puzzle, the one that will be in the epilogue, will reward those who wasted their time reading most of the story (and obviously those who solved most of the puzzles).

No, I don't think I will. The solutions are up just for a few days after a chapter ends. Un-redacting them would make solving the epilogue puzzle easy even to someone who couldn't solve any of the previous ones (and it's not that hard to begin with).
I'll leave all the comments and hints though, so it shouldn't be that hard anyway.

I try to focus on solving the first riddle but I am getting distraced by the diagramm that has multiple data points at the same time point. And the line goes back and forth... AGHHHHH.
But beside that, everything is fine. I made a few guesses that were pretty funny and could have fit the theme but don't feel like "yeah that has to be it". And the next thing was it.
Thought you started earlier with the next part to get full advantage of the summer sale.

That was an option, but I preferred to wait for July HC release. In the end even with the sale, I wouldn't have spent more than 40 bucks anyway, So you would probably have just one more unbundled game there, but no HC leftovers. It doesn't make much difference in the end.
Edit: btw I've just added a hint for the second puzzle in the OP.

I made a mistake with a minor detail in the 1st picture and I've replaced it. I hope no one got distracted by that, sorry.
Anyway, I'll add hints in the next days if most of the people are still stuck. Still 10 days left, there's time.
Edit:: I added a pair of hints for P1, made more evident the hint for P2, and copy-pasted the hints for P3 for better visibility. See the OP.

It seems in my universe story is a little shorter:
“I have no idea,” you proclaim and, with a book in your hand, you head back to Axolotl an leave.

Turned out also the second picture had a mistake. I've just replaced it.
Caretta caretta had both "C" capitalized. It wasn't meant to be like that, and it's not related to the hint I posted, which refers to some other ones.
It's been a really dumb oversight on my part. Sorry for that. Again.
Now I expect to find a mistake in the last picture too...

QoL update: in the imgur caption of the picture I copy-pasted the lists you have in the email, for easying up the googling process
You mean I used online OCR in vain? Maaaaan...

Hey!
The story goes on, but puzzle-wise you just need the pictures ;)
You can start HERE.
I’ll post the solution at the end.
Giveaways:
Play the unbundled games if you win them, please.
Good luck!
HINTS:
P1: what's most important of those books is their main topic rather than the specific title
P1: do not chase red herrings, literally
P1: you know what he did for a living; you know where he was from; you know when he "ended" and can deduce when he "started"
P2: QoL update: in the imgur caption of the picture I copy-pasted the lists you have in the email for easying up the googling process
P2: some of those would be out of place in a freshwater/marine biology research facility
P2: just follow the order of the chart you're supposed to use
P3: if you're wondering what to do with that string/code, there's something on the floor telling you where to use it. Maybe you need a different perspective in order to see it, and a different color
P3: it's part of an URL
P3: the grid represents something
