Suggest me some games to buy on summer sale.

It really depends on what kind of game your looking for. From looking at your wish list it looks like you enjoy indie games (I suggest Bastion, Lone survivor, Amnesia, Limbo, Terraria or Dungeon Defenders). If you're looking for a good sandbox/Mindless fun (I suggest Saints Row 1-3, Grand Theft Auto games, Fallout 3/New Vegas, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion/Skyrim. Or if you're looking for a FPS ( I recommend Payday the Heist, Dead Island, Nuclear Dawn, Killing Floor and Arma 2 Combined Operations for Day Z. Also if you haven't already got it yet get Portal 1 and 2.

Its not great but its not terrible either. The only issues I have with it is that the AI is kind of crappy, its one of those games that is meant to be played with other people and its short only about 1/2 an hour-1 hour per chapter

Since Arma II is the top selling game on steam at the moment, I highly doubt we'll get a 75% discount...let alone a 50% discount...I have a feeling we're looking more around the ballpark of 25% off

Yeah. Expect a 50%-75% sale. 33% off for a game that old would be weird, even if some mod (which is only in the alpha stages) got popularity.

i just read that arma 3 has a released date to 2013 so they will try to capitallize on sales this year. bets way to do that is to do a good discount

Yes, its more than confirmed. A Valve employee already said that it will happen. Also "SUMMER SALE 2012 INDIE PACK DAY ONE" on the registry pretty much confirms 500% that there will be a sale.
