Question about IG's Happy hour + Gift packs

If I buy a gift pack during happy hour, do I get extra copies of the bundle?

For example, I bought the adv bundle during the first week. In the step 3 it says:

Donate 2 gifts paying more than: $11.00
Donate 3 gifts paying more than: $15.66
Donate 4 gifts paying more than: $19.76
Donate 5 gifts paying more than: $23.85

So if I buy 5 gifts for $23.85, would I get 3 extra copies for each bundle (total: 20 bundles)?

Only ever bought 1 gift for +3 extra (total 4 gift packs).

Do let me know how it goes if you buy 3 or 5 gifts....

I would test it with the 2-gift pack, but this bundle is too expensive and I don't want to waste that money (maybe if it was $2 I could do it)

While I wouldn't bet my arm, I'm pretty sure if you bought 1 High Tier at start, buying 5 HTs now will give you 20 copies in total now - at least that's what my experience with http://steamcommunity.com/groups/groupbuys suggests.
