Also, you ever think that the Guy MAY be waiting on his Check for the money to get the Game for you? OR that maybe he blocked you on Steam because your NOT Supposed to give out the games on there, but ONLY in your Email? OR ANY of the other MANY Reasons why he couldn't give it to you instantly?

Why must someone wait 7 days? If you create a competition gift it to them in 24hrs!! I cannot see why we must wait 7days before giving feedback or even opening report.
