If a game is revoked by Steam Support, you should:

Take a screenshot of the warning message.
Post in the giveaway page explaining the issue.
Mark the giveaway as "Not Received". (If the feedback is locked, you should submit a ticket in the "Other" category providing the screenshot of the warning message.)
