Reviews on Glassdoor from last year spoke of multiple rounds of layoffs with entire teams getting get. Seems to be part of the larger cost-cutting/restructuring effort after the IGN acquisition.

There were a few I haven't managed to win in giveaways that I wanted, so decided to "splurge" to get them. Amusingly, most were in a triple pack, so I guess I have a few giveaways now. Worth it for about $1 per game for what I'm keeping.

All keys should be redeemable worldwide with the exception of Arboria which can't be redeemed in Belarus and Russia (it's probably {sub/298384}). Customers from Georgia might not have it as a choice, but should be able to redeem the key that everyone else receives.
