I don't mind ads and I always disable adblocker for every site I frequent so I can support but intrusive ads like this or pop-ups are what adblockers were made for and what adblockers will be used for.

I've had some annoying ads in the past, enabled adblocker for a week until the ads were acceptable, then disabled adblocker.
