Upgrade Civ V Standard to GOTY

So, in my Steam inventory sits a mistake (I don't need it) and one month later still no reply from Support about adding this as a viable giveaway option. Before I go wasting my time making a puzzle or something - would there even be any interest in getting this?

Remember, this is the UPGRADE from STANDARD Civilization 5 to the Game of the Year version.

EDIT: Created a puzzle and while I don't think it is that hard, give me your feedback on it.

The fact that it was a cipher and not a "I converted this into binary, then converted it into hex, then buried it in peat for 3 decades" helps out a lot.

Yeah, I wanted to keep it somewhat simple and figured by wording it the way I did that someone could just Google "encoded" and "decipher" and get a decent selection of sites that would help.

What's the "shame" part - just looking for honest feedback...? I wanted to give it away via the normal method, but got tired of seeing it in my inventory and didn't just want to "toss" it out randomly.

I'm pretty sure I got the answer to #5 but it's wrong. Got all the rest though. Kind of stumped, tried alternate spellings (first name) and titles and middle initial. Can I get a hint?

No option for this in the list and I've been waiting on support to reply to my request for a month - I know they're busy, so not a big deal.

Next time will be a giveaway - promise, and not a bundle game - something a bit better.

I put in three different options for each just in case, but figured there might still be some issues due to regional differences - once the hints unlocked two of the formats would have been revealed.
