My advice, make sure it's 1920x1080. If you've never had that resolution, it's amazing, and if you have had it, going back to 1600x900 or lower is just awful.

LG IPS234 1080P LED 5ms response time. Good buy under $130
edit: I'm sure LG suppliers exist in your country, why ship it?

if your current monitor has a DVI output, just buy a DVI cable because it has the same picture quality as HDMI. otherwise buy a dell ips 1080p LED monitor which is currently on sale at best buy this week for 181 USD

I got this and I'm pretty happy with it (hard to get a good rating on this review site in that price range):

So i am looking for advice on a monitor with HDMI output that is under $130 i could maybe go a little bit over $130 but not too much, i have to pay shipping to my country so it would add another $40 to the cost of it.
I am willing to search for said model on different sites to get the best price for it.
Just let me know a few good monitors.
EDIT: Forgot to mention im currently on 1080P right now with a VGA monitor. I need names and brands of monitors.
