Did you read it? Basically they say you should activate your key immediately, because they're going to deactivate all keys that haven't been used within like a day from the giveaway start date. This is to prevent people from hoarding the keys and reselling them later.

The developer messed up, given thousands of same keys to many giveaway sites and many user ended up with duplicate keys.

Dev didn't disable any key, he might distributed similar key dump to each giveaway site, resulting people getting duplicates.

Just like dirt3 giveaway, so key farmers cant farm keys and profit from em after it ends.

But sadly, i received a key from one of the giveaway and it was a dupe .
