I saw the same thing this morning. I'm waiting since last summer's sales to get the GOTY edition for a decent price and it seems that it won't fall lower than 10€ again.

A new giveaway opening every 30 mins until 1 hour before the sale starts(and everything ends at the moment the sale starts if I didn't mess up with the timezone convertions)
