I have 500 hours across different truck simulators (mostly ETS2) and I still can't reverse to save my life :D
Even if I own both the game and the DLC thank you for doing this anyways! A great game like this deserves to get shared :3

I tried playing with a cheap steering wheel before, but that was alot worse than playing just with the mouse
not quite willing to pay a couple houndred euros for a better driving experience in ets2 :D

Same here. I had one of those cheap supermarket grade steering wheels (acme and shit). Tried it in ets2, turned it off instantly and got back to keyboard :D

the games sits in my wl since quite some time but i never got around buying it, i always gave preference to "normal" racers.
does it support wheels? i guess so.

I myself am fine with playing the game just with mouse/kb, but I now alot of people that use steering wheels
the game is obviously way different than "normal" racers.. I just use it to relax or while listening to audiobooks

Absolutely awesome. I have had this game on my wishlist for so much time now.
I like them both but I like ATS more because the design of the American trucks are wayyyyy cooler

I prefer the truck designs of ets2.. that's just what I'm used to seeing here in germany
allthough the scenery in ats is really nice I'm spending more time playing ets2, cause I wanna explore the whole map before I can venture into the americas :P

but I also have so many goals left in singleplayer.. i.e. explore 100% of the map, have a garage in every city :P

I have 50 hours in ATS and 58 hours in ETS so 108 hours total. (I obviously can't join the giveaway because I own the game already but thank you for making the giveaway so others can enjoy such a relaxing game ^_^)

96 hours in ETS and only 12 in ATS, I can see myself getting another 100+ hours in ETS since its my go to game when i wan't to relax.

It is really relaxing, and also oddly compelling. It has that wonderful "just one more" element to it that causes hours to go by before you notice it.

I dont have any of the driving Sims, so I'd be sure to give this a spin if I win.
The next closest think to this I've played is Clustertruck, which is hardly a sim ;)

Haven't really done alot of ga's lately, but I just saw that ets2 and the dlc's are on sale for a week.
So I thought I'm gonna give the basegame away on here, and ask people only to enter if they really want to play the game.
The ga will end thursday 8pm cest and I will observe the winners steam profile until sunday. If they mannage to play the game for at least 3 hours during that time they will get the going east dlc aswell!
And I mean really play.. not just afk. I wanna see some achievements. :3
For the ones that already own ets2 I have included a little poll and this
Edit: To also add an incentive to play the game for the winner of the dlc, I'm also going to check their steam profile during that period. If they manage to earn a couple of dlc achievements, they will earn a spot on my whitelist. (Thanks to itsmyghost for the idea!)
