This kind of game would be a ton of fun, and potentially make a ton of money, if you linked it with real world businesses, and people's homes.
Lake remaking Sims, but making it into an Augmented Reality experience where you can sell the things you own, buy the things other people are selling, and at some point confirm the purchase and get it delivered IRL.
