What's the difference between Max Payne (DE) and Max Payne (ROW)?

In the german censored version (DE) you can't use guns or harm people.

In the DE version, you play Max as a police officer who always talks to the bad guys, giving them advide and convinging them to give up their wrong ways. After that, he goes to meetings with them where he gives his classical self steem monologues.

Max payne 1 is not available in germany. (On IOS it is, but not on steam however)

If you are talking about Max Payne 3, you can't kill civilians. That's all.
