Giveaway winner not leaving feedback

I just added the winner directly and gifted it over but I forgot to ask him for some feedback back.
After 2 days he still didn't. (he just have to check "yes" on "received" it's not that hard)
I posted a comment on his steam id reminding that but he removed it and it seems he's not grateful at all and doesn't give a flying f*** about it.
That was also my first giveaway :\

After a week has passed from the end of the giveaway, file a support ticket and tell the staff. I'm pretty sure they can check out the situation and help you get it straight.
