If I activated LA Noire Complete...

Okay, I got offered LA Noire Complete for my GTA 4 Complete, I was wondering, if I were to activate LA Noire, would I get a copy of the base game since I own the regular game? Or would it just disappear?

It would just disappear. There are only a few games that give you extra copies when you buy a more complete edition.
