Yes, because you get the same content cheaper. 1+2 against the full price of the Complete Edition and gives you exactly the same content as the Complete Edition. You can grab the Timesaver DLC, if you want, in a sale (it happened before, when they put everything NFS on sale, so you just have to be patient).

Rivals + DLC bundle for EU is 20 euro, Complete Edition is 40 euro. My math says that the better deal is Rivals+ DLC bundle.

Best deals for EA are usually at the most unexpected times. So if you want cheaper, you need to check Origin often. And i'm usually too lazy to do that, which led to me losing some nice deals on games that i wanted there.

Still, grabbed this Christmas Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe at 40% discount. 40 euro instead 70...
