[Help]TremorRewards problem

I think, a lot of people here use TremorGames to buy games. I made order for 3 games 6 days ago, still undelivered. But free Flesh Eaters key came less than in 5 hours.
I leave message on forum after 48 hours, but still no answer, no Pms, no games.
Anybody has same problem?
