My favourite cheese is Le Gruyère Premier Cru. It tastes heavenly good!
It even won "World's best cheese" 5 times! (No other cheese won that often.)
If you ever get your hands on a real Le Gruyère Premier Cru from Switzerland, try it!
It will change your mind about good cheese.

Favorite cheese is either smoked gouda or chili cheddar.
As for rhythm games, the only one, other then mini games, that I play is Super Hexagon, which is fantastic.

Crypt of the Necro Dancer is an awesome roguelike with a great soundtrack.
Beat Hazard is a twinstick shooter that lets you play with your own music and is based on it.
Super Hexagon is realy good and brutaly hard.
140 is a great rhythm based platformer. Once you get to the mirror stages it becomes realy hard aswell.
BIT.TRIP games are rythm driven games aswell and they have different genres.
Thats all I can think of for now and I have played all of them :) Have fun.

Then get a PSP emulator and get all three (or just the first two) Patapon games, it seems confusing at first, sure, but if you just simply play the game, learn the drum songs, get into the rythm feeling of the pace of the music, sound the drums perfectly and youl be fine, it takes practice and you get practice by playing, they slowly introduce you to things so its not realy that bad as you go long, trust me, Patapon games are worth it, great mechanics, good storyline and level design, varied enemies and epic boss fights, the game's amazing when i played it sooo many years ago and it still is. And hey, you could get into playing other awesome PSP games while youre at it :) Pursuit Force games, Def Jam Fight for New York, Killzone Liberation, Dead Head Fred, Resistance: Retribution, GTA Stories games and so much more i could name.
